The Casa Verde Whole Home Suite (below) gives you peace of mind and convenience by safeguarding you and your family, home and equipment. All parts, filters, and cleaning products are included. Our servce includes:
- Clean and descale one under-counter icemaker (2X/year)
- Replace water and air filters on your primary kitchen refrigerator (2X/year)
- Clean condenser coils and evaporator on your primary kitchen refrigerator (1X/year)
- Up to $500 stainless steel refinishing services (2X/year)
- Courtesy check under-sink areas for any obvious leaks, issues or problems (4X/year)
- Check all ovens and refrigerators for proper operation (4X/year)
- Check all cooktop for proper temperatures and operations (4X/year)
- Change ceiling floods as needed, up to eight (at scheduled maintenance times, excluding LED assemblies)
- Check all fire extinguishers for proper charge (2X/year)
- Apply silicone-based lubricant to all moving parts on garage doors (2X/year)
- Remove dirt, leaves, etc, from the fins on your outdoor HVAC condensers to maintain performance (2X/year)
- Fill up all dishwashers with drying agent, clean the trap and run a dishwasher cleaning agent through it (4X/year)
- Clean your clothes washer gasket and run a cleaning cycle with washer cleaning agent (4X/year)
- Clean sliding glass door tracks and spray with a silicone dry lube (2X/year)
- Change batteries in all smoke and CO2 detectors (1X/year)

- Warranty registration for all new appliances (one time)
- Steam oven cleaning and descaling (4X/year)
- Power-wash outdoor spaces as needed
- Check water-softening system and add salt (as needed)
- Clean filters on vent hood in kitchen or over barbecue (4x/year)
- Change filters on any water filtration systems (2X/year)
- Wipe down outdoor TVs (as needed)
- Clean outside lanterns (as needed)
- Clean the tap and lines and replace the CO2 tank on kegerator (4X/year)
- Set up, maintain, and refill a Dacor WineStation, including changing out the Argon tanks (2 tanks included). Use and care training is also included in this service.
